Responsibilities
- Assist carpenters and masons with material handling and site preparation
- Operate basic hand/power tools under supervision
- Maintain clean and organized job sites
- Follow strict safety protocols and OSHA guidelines
- Perform general cleanup and debris removal
- Assist in setting up and breaking down temporary structures
- Complete daily progress reports for supervisors
Qualifications
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds and stand for extended periods
- Willingness to work outdoors in varying weather conditions
- Basic math skills for measurements and material counts
- Positive attitude and strong work ethic
- Pass pre-employment background check
- Available for early morning shifts (5:00 AM start)
- Own basic work boots and work clothing
