Responsibilities
- Execute site preparation, excavation, and material handling per blueprints
- Operate hand/power tools (saws, drills, jackhammers) safely and efficiently
- Assist skilled trades with concrete pouring, framing, and finishing tasks
- Maintain clean, organized job sites following OSHA safety protocols
- Inspect and report equipment/material conditions to supervisors
- Support emergency storm damage restoration projects
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year construction labor experience preferred
- Valid California Driver's License required
- OSHA 10-Hour Construction Certification (or willing to obtain)
- Ability to lift 50+ lbs and perform physically demanding tasks
- Pass pre-employment background check and drug screening
- Basic math skills for material measurements
- Flexible schedule availability (including weekends)
