Responsibilities
- Perform physical labor on construction sites including digging, lifting, and material handling
- Operate hand/power tools safely and efficiently
- Assist skilled tradespersons with site preparation and cleanup
- Follow strict safety protocols and maintain clean work areas
- Read and interpret basic construction plans and instructions
- Transport materials and equipment to designated locations
- Complete daily timecards accurately for prompt payment
Qualifications
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds repeatedly
- OSHA 10-hour certification preferred (training provided)
- Basic hand/power tool experience
- Physical stamina for outdoor work in Florida weather
