Responsibilities
- Assist in site preparation, excavation, and material handling
- Operate hand/power tools (hammers, saws, drills) safely
- Load/un construction materials and equipment
- Maintain clean, organized job sites per OSHA standards
- Follow blueprints and supervisor instructions precisely
- Perform general cleanup and debris removal
- Support skilled trades (carpentry, masonry, etc.) as needed
Qualifications
- Ability to lift 50+ lbs and perform physically demanding tasks
- Valid driver's license preferred
- Reliable transportation to job sites
- Pass background/drug screening (mandatory)
- Basic tool handling knowledge
- Strong commitment to workplace safety
