Responsibilities
- Assist with site preparation, including digging, grading, and moving heavy materials.
- Load and unload construction materials using forklifts, pallet jacks, and hand trucks.
- Operate basic hand and power tools safely under supervision.
- Maintain a clean and safe job site by removing debris and securing tools.
- Perform minor carpentry or painting tasks as directed by the foreman.
- Follow all OSHA safety regulations and company protocols.
- Communicate effectively with crew members and project leads.
Qualifications
- Physically fit and able to perform strenuous labor (lifting, standing, bending) for long shifts.
- Willingness to work outdoors in various weather conditions.
- Basic math skills for measuring and cutting materials accurately.
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation to the job site.
- Ability to pass a background check and drug screening.
- Strong work ethic, punctuality, and willingness to learn.
