Responsibilities
- Assist skilled tradespeople with daily site operations and specific tasks.
- Load and unload materials, tools, and equipment safely and efficiently.
- Operate basic construction tools and machinery under supervision.
- Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work site at all times.
- Perform physical labor including digging, lifting, and hauling heavy materials.
- Follow all OSHA safety protocols and company guidelines strictly.
Qualifications
- Must be at least 18 years of age.
- Ability to perform physical labor for extended periods (standing, bending, lifting up to 50lbs).
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation to the job site.
- Basic math skills and ability to follow written and verbal instructions.
- Willingness to work outdoors in various weather conditions.
- Must pass a pre-employment drug screen and background check.
