Responsibilities
- Material Handling: Load, unload, and transport construction materials, tools, and equipment to and from job sites.
- Site Preparation: Assist in preparing construction sites by clearing debris, digging trenches, and setting up temporary structures.
- Tool Operation: Operate basic construction tools and machinery under supervision, ensuring proper safety protocols are followed at all times.
- Site Maintenance: Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work environment in compliance with OSHA standards.
- Support Trades: Perform manual labor tasks to support electricians, carpenters, and plumbers as needed.
- Quality Assurance: Assist in basic quality checks to ensure work meets project specifications.
Qualifications
- Entry-Level Open: No prior experience required; full training will be provided.
- Physical Stamina: Ability to perform physical labor for extended periods, including lifting heavy objects (up to 50 lbs) and standing/walking on uneven terrain.
- Reliability: Must be punctual, hardworking, and able to work in various weather conditions.
- Communication: Basic ability to understand and follow verbal and written instructions.
- Documentation: Ability to provide valid identification for employment verification in the United States.
