Responsibilities
- Load, unload, and transport construction materials to and from job sites efficiently.
- Assist skilled tradespeople (carpenters, electricians, and masons) with various tasks.
- Operate basic construction tools and equipment while adhering to safety protocols.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment at all times.
- Perform physical labor including digging, lifting, hauling, and cleaning.
- Read and interpret basic blueprints and safety instructions when available.
- Report any unsafe conditions or materials to the site supervisor immediately.
Qualifications
- Ability to lift at least 50 lbs repeatedly and stand for extended periods.
- Physically fit and able to work outdoors in various weather conditions.
- Strong work ethic and a positive attitude toward teamwork.
- Basic math skills and the ability to follow verbal instructions.
- Valid ID and eligibility to work legally in the United States.
- Reliable transportation to and from the job site.
- Willingness to undergo a background check and drug screening.
