Responsibilities
- Assist project managers and skilled tradespeople with daily construction activities.
- Load, unload, and organize construction materials and tools on the job site.
- Prepare work areas by clearing debris, digging trenches, or setting up scaffolding.
- Operate basic construction equipment, such as forklifts, pallet jacks, and concrete mixers.
- Ensure all safety regulations and protocols are followed at all times.
- Perform general cleanup and maintenance of the construction site.
Qualifications
- No prior construction experience required; training will be provided.
- Must be able to perform physical labor for extended periods, including lifting heavy objects.
- Must have a valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
- Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions.
- Must pass a pre-employment background check and drug screen.
- Strong work ethic, reliability, and a team-oriented mindset.
