Responsibilities
- Perform manual labor tasks including digging, lifting, and carrying materials.
- Assist with site preparation, concrete pouring, and framing duties.
- Maintain a clean and safe work environment by strictly following OSHA safety protocols.
- Operate basic construction tools and equipment safely and efficiently.
- Unload, organize, and store construction materials at the job site.
- Communicate effectively with foremen and team members to ensure project goals are met.
Qualifications
- Physically fit and able to perform heavy lifting and standing for extended periods.
- Previous construction experience is a plus but not required; we provide on-the-job training.
- Must have a valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
- Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions.
- Must pass a background check and drug screen.
