Responsibilities
- Perform a variety of manual labor tasks on construction sites, including digging, loading, and unloading materials.
- Assist skilled tradespeople (carpenters, electricians, plumbers) with daily tasks and project execution.
- Ensure all work areas are clean, organized, and free of hazards in compliance with OSHA safety standards.
- Operate hand and power tools safely and efficiently under supervision.
- Transport materials and tools to and from job sites as directed by the site supervisor.
- Read and interpret basic blueprints or site plans when necessary.
Qualifications
- Must be at least 18 years of age.
- Ability to perform physical labor for extended periods, including lifting up to 50 lbs and standing/walking on uneven terrain.
- Valid Driver's License and reliable transportation.
- Basic knowledge of construction safety protocols is a plus.
- Willingness to work in various weather conditions.
- No prior experience required; on-the-job training provided for qualified candidates.
