Responsibilities
- Prepare construction sites by clearing debris and setting up equipment
- Assist carpenters, masons, and other tradespeople with material handling
- Operate hand/power tools safely and effectively
- Follow OSHA safety protocols and maintain clean work areas
- Read blueprints and instructions for task execution
- Load/unload construction materials and equipment
- Perform site cleanup and waste management
- Report hazards and equipment malfunctions to supervisors
Qualifications
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds and work in all weather conditions
- Valid driver's license with clean record
- Pass pre-employment background check and drug screen
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- Basic tool knowledge and mechanical aptitude
- Willingness to work flexible hours including weekends
- Strong work ethic and punctuality
- Ability to follow verbal and written instructions
