Responsibilities
- Excavate, lift, and move construction materials using hand tools and heavy equipment
- Operate power tools (saws, drills, jackhammers) under supervision
- Prepare and clean job sites, ensuring OSHA compliance
- Assist carpenters, masons, and other trades with daily tasks
- Read and interpret blueprints and construction plans
- Maintain equipment and report maintenance needs
- Participate in daily safety briefings and toolbox talks
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years construction labor experience
- OSHA 10-hour certification (or willingness to obtain)
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds repeatedly
- Comfortable working in extreme heat (Las Vegas climate)
- Basic math skills for material measurements
- Drug-free workplace - pre-employment screening required
- Ability to pass background check
