Responsibilities
- Assist in the preparation and setup of construction sites, including clearing debris and marking work areas.
- Load, unload, and distribute building materials, tools, and equipment to various work zones.
- Operate hand and power tools safely and efficiently under the supervision of foremen and project managers.
- Perform physical labor tasks such as digging, lifting, and carrying heavy objects to support ongoing construction activities.
- Maintain a clean and organized job site, ensuring all safety protocols and regulations are strictly followed.
Qualifications
- Ability to perform strenuous physical labor for extended periods, including bending, lifting, and standing.
- Willingness to work outdoors in various weather conditions and at heights (if applicable).
- Basic understanding of construction safety standards and a commitment to following OSHA guidelines.
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation are preferred for this role.
- Strong work ethic, attention to detail, and the ability to work well within a team environment.
