Responsibilities
- Perform physical tasks including digging, lifting materials, operating hand/power tools, and debris removal
- Assist skilled tradespeople with site preparation, framing, concrete work, and finishing tasks
- Adhere strictly to OSHA safety protocols and maintain clean, organized job sites
- Read and interpret basic blueprints and construction documents
- Operate light equipment (e.g., jackhammers, saws, compactors) with proper training
- Complete daily equipment maintenance checks and report safety hazards
- Support team coordination through clear communication and punctuality
Qualifications
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds and perform physically demanding tasks in extreme weather
- Valid Nevada driver's license with clean driving record
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED accepted)
- OSHA 10-hour construction certification (or willingness to obtain within 30 days)
- Reliable transportation to job sites across the Las Vegas Valley
- Pass pre-employment drug screening and background check
- Basic math skills for measurements and material calculations
- Willingness to work flexible hours including weekends and overtime
