Responsibilities
- Assist with site preparation, cleanup, and material handling
- Operate hand/power tools under supervision
- Follow safety protocols and OSHA guidelines
- Load/unload construction materials and equipment
- Perform basic carpentry/concrete tasks as directed
- Maintain organized and safe work areas
Qualifications
- Physical ability to lift 50+ lbs and stand for 8+ hours
- Valid driver's license (preferred)
- Reliable transportation to job sites
- Weekend availability (Sat/Sun)
- Basic tool knowledge (preferred)
- OSHA 10 certification (a plus)
- Ability to pass background check
