Responsibilities
- Execute excavation, demolition, and earthmoving operations

Qualifications
- Valid driver's license and clean driving record
- OSHA 10-hour construction certification preferred
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds repeatedly
- Comfortable working in extreme weather conditions
- Basic math and measurement skills
- Reliable transportation to job sites
- Flexible schedule availability (6 PM - 4 AM)
