- Operate heavy machinery (excavators, forklifts) under OSHA guidelines
- Install scaffolding, safety barriers, and temporary structures
- Maintain tool inventory and equipment calibration logs
- Adhere to strict safety protocols and environmental compliance
- Collaborate with supervisors on project timelines and quality control
- Document daily progress and report equipment malfunctions
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years construction labor experience
- OSHA 10/30 certification (or willingness to obtain)
- Valid California Class B driver's license
- Ability to lift 75+ lbs and work in extreme weather
- Proficient with power tools and construction machinery
- Pass pre-employment drug screening and background check
- Flexible availability for 10-hour night shifts (6PM-4AM)
- Basic blueprint reading skills
