Responsibilities
- Load, unload, and transport construction materials to and from the job site efficiently.
- Assist skilled tradespeople (electricians, carpenters, etc.) with various on-site tasks.
- Operate heavy machinery and hand tools safely and according to blueprints.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe job site in compliance with OSHA standards.
- Perform basic site preparation, including digging, pouring concrete, or general cleanup.
- Follow verbal and written instructions from site supervisors and project managers.
Qualifications
- Physically fit and able to lift heavy objects (50+ lbs) repeatedly throughout the shift.
- Willingness to work night shifts (6:00 PM - 6:00 AM) and rotating weekends.
- Basic knowledge of construction tools, materials, and safety equipment.
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation to the job site.
- Ability to pass a background check and drug screen.
- Previous construction labor experience is a plus but not required for the right candidate.
