Responsibilities
- Execute construction tasks including site preparation, material handling, and equipment operation
- Follow blueprints and safety protocols to ensure project accuracy and compliance
- Assist skilled trades with concrete work, framing, and finishing operations
- Maintain clean and organized job sites, including debris removal and tool management
- Operate machinery like jackhammers, saws, and power tools under supervision
- Collaborate with team members to meet nightly production targets
- Report safety hazards and maintain OSHA compliance standards
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year construction or labor experience preferred
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds and perform physically demanding tasks
- OSHA 10-hour certification or willingness to obtain
- Availability for consistent 10-hour night shifts (6 PM - 4 AM)
- Basic knowledge of construction tools and materials
- Strong work ethic and punctuality for overnight shifts
- Pass background check and drug screening
