Responsibilities
- Assist skilled tradespeople with construction tasks
- Load and unload construction materials
- Clean and prepare job sites
- Operate basic hand and power tools
- Follow safety protocols and guidelines
- Assist in setting up and dismantling temporary structures
- Perform general labor as needed to complete projects
Qualifications
- No prior experience required
- Ability to stand, walk, and lift heavy objects (up to 50 lbs)
- Willingness to work in various weather conditions
- Valid driver's license (preferred but not required)
- Reliable transportation to job sites
- Ability to follow instructions and work as part of a team
