Responsibilities
- Assist carpenters, masons, and equipment operators on active construction sites
- Safely load/unload construction materials and equipment
- Maintain clean, organized job sites and temporary structures
- Operate basic hand/power tools under supervision
- Follow OSHA safety guidelines and company protocols
- Perform site preparation and cleanup tasks
- Assist in setting up/construction site perimeter safety systems
Qualifications
- No prior construction experience required - we train!
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds and stand for extended periods
- Valid driver's license preferred (not required)
- Reliable transportation to job sites
- Strong work ethic and punctuality
- Willingness to work outdoors in varying weather conditions
- Basic communication skills for team collaboration
