Responsibilities
- Assist skilled tradespeople in preparing job sites and materials
- Perform manual labor including digging, lifting, carrying, and operating basic hand tools
- Follow strict safety protocols and maintain clean, organized work areas
- Load/unload construction materials and equipment safely
- Read and interpret simple blueprints and instructions
- Assist with concrete pouring, framing, and finishing tasks
- Participate in daily team briefings and progress updates
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED)
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds and stand for 8+ hours
- Valid driver’s license preferred but not required
- Willingness to work in all weather conditions
- Strong work ethic and punctuality
- Basic math skills for measurements and material calculations
- Ability to follow verbal and written instructions
- Must pass pre-employment background check and drug screen
