Responsibilities
- Assist skilled carpenters and masons with material handling and site preparation
- Operate basic hand/power tools under supervision (hammers, saws, drills)
- Maintain clean and organized job sites following safety protocols
- Load/unload construction materials and equipment safely
- Perform trenching, shoveling, and debris removal as directed
- Adhere to OSHA guidelines and company safety standards
Qualifications
- No prior construction experience required
