Responsibilities
- Load and unload construction materials, tools, and equipment from delivery vehicles.
- Assist skilled tradespeople with various on-site tasks, including digging, lifting, and carrying.
- Operate basic construction machinery and hand tools as directed.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment in compliance with OSHA regulations.
- Perform basic site preparation, including debris removal and leveling.
- Follow all safety protocols and report any hazards or incidents immediately.
Qualifications
- Physically fit and able to perform manual labor for extended periods.
- Ability to lift heavy objects (up to 50+ lbs) repeatedly.
- Valid driver’s license (preferred but not always required).
- Experience in construction or general labor is a plus, but we are willing to train the right candidate.
- Strong commitment to safety and teamwork.
- Willingness to work weekends (Saturday and Sunday).
