Responsibilities
- Assist carpenters, masons, and equipment operators with material handling and site preparation
- Perform manual labor tasks including excavation, debris removal, and material transportation
- Operate hand/power tools safely under supervisor guidance (e.g., shovels, saws, drills)
- Maintain clean and organized job sites, adhering to OSHA safety standards
- Support concrete pouring, scaffolding setup, and basic finishing work
- Participate in daily safety briefings and follow all site protocols
- Complete minor repairs and maintenance tasks as assigned
Qualifications
- No prior construction experience required – we train motivated beginners!
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds and stand for 8+ hours in varying weather conditions
- Valid state ID or driver's license for equipment operation certification
