Responsibilities
- Assist skilled tradespeople with material handling, site preparation, and cleanup duties
- Operate hand/power tools safely and efficiently under supervision
- Follow precise construction plans and safety protocols at all times
- Load/un construction materials and maintain organized workspaces
- Perform basic demolition, excavation, and finishing tasks as assigned
- Contribute to team productivity through collaborative problem-solving
- Report maintenance issues or safety hazards immediately
Qualifications
- Physical ability to lift 50+ pounds and perform strenuous outdoor work
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
- Basic understanding of construction tools and equipment
- OSHA 10-hour certification (or willingness to obtain)
- Strong work ethic and punctuality with zero-tolerance policy for tardiness
- Ability to work in all weather conditions and stand for extended periods
- Must pass background check and drug screening
- Previous construction experience preferred but not required
