Responsibilities
- Assist skilled tradesmen in construction tasks including excavation, material handling, and site preparation
- Operate hand tools and light machinery safely and efficiently
- Maintain clean and organized job sites, adhering to OSHA safety standards
- Load/unload construction materials and equipment at job sites
- Follow blueprints and instructions from site supervisors
- Participate in daily team briefings and safety meetings
- Complete basic construction tasks such as pouring concrete, framing, or finishing work
Qualifications
- No prior construction experience required – training provided
- Physical ability to lift 50+ pounds and work in all weather conditions
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
- Willingness to pass pre-employment background check
- Basic math skills for measurements and material calculations
- Strong work ethic and punctuality
