Responsibilities
- Assist skilled carpenters, masons, and equipment operators with site preparation
- Safely load/unload construction materials and tools
- Maintain clean, organized job sites per OSHA standards
- Operate hand/power tools under supervision (training provided)
- Perform physical tasks: digging, lifting, carrying, and material handling
- Follow blueprints and verbal instructions from site supervisors
- Participate in daily safety briefings and toolbox meetings
Qualifications
- No experience required – we train from ground up!
- Must be 18+ with valid photo ID
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds and stand for 8+ hours
- Willingness to work outdoors in all weather conditions
- Pass pre-employment drug screening & background check
- Basic math skills for material measurements
- Reliable transportation to job sites
- Positive attitude and team-oriented mindset
