Responsibilities
- Perform physical labor tasks including digging, lifting, moving materials, and operating hand/power tools
- Assist skilled tradesmen with construction activities following blueprints and safety protocols
- Maintain clean and organized job sites, including debris removal and equipment storage
- Adhere strictly to OSHA safety standards and wear required PPE at all times
- Operate light machinery (e.g., jackhammers, saws) under supervision
- Load/unload construction materials and equipment safely
- Collaborate with team members to meet project deadlines efficiently
Qualifications
- Must be 18+ years old with valid photo ID
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds and perform physically demanding tasks
- Reliable transportation to job sites across Phoenix metro
- Willingness to work in outdoor conditions (heat, dust, heights)
