Responsibilities
- Assist skilled tradespeople with various on-site construction tasks and general labor duties.
- Load, unload, and organize construction materials, tools, and equipment safely.
- Operate hand and power tools under supervision to complete projects efficiently.
- Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work site by removing debris and following safety protocols.
- Perform site preparation work, including digging, lifting, and hauling.
- Follow all company policies, safety regulations, and job instructions.
Qualifications
- Must be at least 18 years of age.
- Ability to perform physical labor including lifting heavy objects (up to 50 lbs) and standing for extended periods.
- Basic knowledge of construction safety practices is a plus but not required.
- Reliable transportation to and from the job site in Las Vegas.
- Must pass a background check and drug screening.
- Willingness to work outdoors in various weather conditions.
