Responsibilities
- Load, unload, and transport construction materials, tools, and equipment to and from job sites.
- Assist skilled tradespeople (carpenters, electricians, plumbers) with daily tasks and site preparation.
- Operate hand and power tools safely and efficiently under supervision.
- Perform general cleanup of work areas, including debris removal and site organization.
- Follow all safety regulations, OSHA guidelines, and company protocols strictly.
- Measure, cut, and prepare materials as directed by the site supervisor.
Qualifications
- Ability to lift heavy objects (50+ lbs) repeatedly and stand for extended periods.
- Valid Driver’s License and reliable transportation are preferred.
- Previous construction experience is a plus but not required; willing to train the right candidate.
- Must be available for overtime, weekends, and early morning shifts as needed.
- Strong work ethic, punctuality, and the ability to work well in a team environment.
