Responsibilities
- Prepare construction sites by clearing debris and setting up equipment
- Assist carpenters and other trades with material handling and basic tasks
- Operate hand/power tools safely and efficiently
- Follow blueprints and site instructions from supervisors
- Maintain clean and organized work areas
- Adhere strictly to OSHA safety protocols
- Assist in general site cleanup and waste management
Qualifications
- Valid driver's license preferred
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds regularly
- Willingness to work outdoors in varying weather conditions
- Strong work ethic and reliability
- Basic tool knowledge (hammers, saws, drills)
- Ability to follow verbal instructions
- Pass pre-employment background check
- Must be authorized to work in the US
