Responsibilities
- Perform heavy lifting, digging, and material handling at construction sites
- Operate hand/power tools and equipment safely (jackhammers, saws, etc.)
- Assist skilled tradespeople with site preparation and cleanup
- Follow OSHA safety protocols and maintain organized work areas
- Read blueprints and follow project specifications accurately
- Transport materials using carts, dollies, and forklifts (training provided)
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year construction or labor experience preferred
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds and stand for extended periods
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
- OSHA 10-hour certification or willingness to obtain
- Ability to work in all weather conditions (night shift)
- Basic math skills for material measurements
- Drug-free and able to pass background check
