Responsibilities
- Prepare construction sites by clearing debris and setting up equipment
- Assist skilled tradesmen with material handling and site safety
- Operate basic machinery (concrete mixers, jackhammers) under supervision
- Follow precise blueprints and project specifications
- Maintain clean, organized work areas throughout shifts
- Adhere strictly to OSHA safety protocols
- Report equipment malfunctions and site hazards promptly
Qualifications
- Ability to perform physically demanding tasks (lifting 50+ lbs)
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
- Basic knowledge of construction tools and materials
- Willingness to work weekends (Sat/Sun 6AM-4PM)
- OSHA 10-hour certification preferred (training provided)
- Strong teamwork communication skills
- Pass pre-employment background/drug screening
- Must be punctual and safety-conscious
