Responsibilities
- Assist in site preparation, excavation, and material handling
- Operate basic construction tools (shovels, saws, drills) safely
- Load/unload construction materials and equipment
- Follow blueprints and supervisor instructions precisely
- Maintain clean and organized job sites
- Adhere strictly to OSHA safety protocols
- Perform heavy lifting (up to 50 lbs) consistently
Qualifications
- Valid California Driver's License preferred
- Ability to pass pre-employment physical screening
- Construction site experience or OSHA 10 certification a plus
- Reliable transportation to job sites
- Ability to work Saturdays & Sundays (6 AM-4 PM)
- Must pass background check and drug screening
- Basic math skills for material measurement
- Team-oriented attitude with strong work ethic
