Responsibilities
- Execute manual labor tasks including excavation, material handling, and site preparation
- Operate power tools (saws, drills, jackhammers) and heavy equipment under supervision
- Assist skilled tradespeople with framing, concrete pouring, and finishing work
- Maintain strict adherence to OSHA safety protocols and site cleanliness
- Read blueprints and technical specifications to ensure precision execution
- Manage material inventory and coordinate deliveries on active construction sites
- Participate in daily safety briefings and toolbox meetings
Qualifications
- Minimum 6 months construction/labor experience (site work preferred)
- OSHA 10 certification or willingness to obtain immediately
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds and perform physically demanding tasks
- Valid driver's license with reliable transportation
- Availability to work Saturdays and Sundays (6:00 AM - 4:00 PM)
- Basic knowledge of construction tools and materials
- Drug-free and willing to pass pre-employment screening
