Responsibilities
- Load and unload construction materials, tools, and equipment.
- Assist skilled tradesmen with various tasks on the job site.
- Perform basic site cleanup and maintain a safe work environment.
- Follow all safety protocols and regulations at all times.
- Operate basic construction machinery and hand tools as directed.
- Move and arrange materials to support ongoing construction projects.
- Communicate effectively with site supervisors and team members.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED preferred.
- Previous construction experience is a plus but not required.
- Must be able to lift 50+ lbs repeatedly.
- Must be available to work weekends (Saturday & Sunday).
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
- Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions.
- Strong work ethic and willingness to learn.
