Responsibilities
- Assist carpenters and skilled trades with material handling and site preparation
- Operate hand/power tools safely under supervision
- Maintain clean, organized job sites per OSHA standards
- Load/unload construction materials and equipment
- Perform basic demolition and excavation tasks
- Adhere to strict safety protocols and reporting procedures
- Complete daily timecards and project documentation accurately
Qualifications
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds repeatedly
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
- Willingness to pass pre-employment drug screening
- Basic math skills for material calculations
- Punctual with strong work ethic
- Comfortable working in outdoor environments
