Responsibilities
- Prepare construction sites by clearing debris and setting up equipment
- Operate hand/power tools (saws, drills, jackhammers) safely
- Assist skilled trades with material handling and installation
- Adhere to OSHA safety protocols and site-specific guidelines
- Maintain clean and organized work areas daily
- Complete daily timecards and safety checklists
- Participate in morning safety briefings
Qualifications
- Minimum 6 months construction labor experience
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds repeatedly
- OSHA 10 certification preferred (training provided)
- Flexibility to work 10-12 hour shifts in all weather
