Responsibilities
- Execute construction tasks including excavation, material handling, and site preparation
- Operate heavy machinery (bulldozers, excavators) with precision and safety protocols
- Inspect and maintain tools/equipment to ensure optimal performance
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams on complex infrastructure projects
- Adhere to OSHA regulations and company safety standards
- Assist in blueprint interpretation and project documentation
- Maintain clean and organized job site conditions
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years construction labor experience
- Night shift availability (6 PM - 6 AM, 4 days/week)
- Valid OSHA 30-hour certification preferred
- Class B Commercial Driver's License (CDL) required
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds and work in extreme weather conditions
- Basic blueprint reading skills
- Pass pre-employment drug screening and background check
- Strong teamwork and communication abilities
