Responsibilities
- Load and unload construction materials, tools, and equipment from delivery trucks.
- Operate heavy machinery and power tools under supervision (e.g., forklifts, jackhammers).
- Assist skilled tradespeople (electricians, plumbers, carpenters) with various tasks.
- Perform site preparation, including digging, cleaning, and leveling.
- Follow all safety protocols and OSHA regulations to maintain a safe work environment.
- Keep the job site clean, organized, and free of debris.
Qualifications
- Ability to perform physical labor for long periods, including lifting up to 50 lbs repeatedly.
- Basic knowledge of construction safety standards is a plus but not required.
- Must have a valid Driver’s License and reliable transportation.
- Must pass a background check and drug screen.
- Willingness to work in various weather conditions.
- High school diploma or GED equivalent.
