Responsibilities
- Perform general physical labor tasks, including digging, lifting, and carrying materials.
- Operate hand and power tools safely and efficiently under supervision.
- Assist in site preparation, including cleaning, filling, and leveling.
- Load and unload construction materials from trucks and distribute them to work areas.
- Follow all safety protocols and OSHA regulations to maintain a hazard-free environment.
- Communicate effectively with supervisors and crew members to ensure project milestones are met.
- Perform basic measurements and read simple blueprints or drawings when necessary.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED preferred.
- Previous construction experience is a plus but not required (we will train the right candidates).
- Ability to lift 50+ lbs repeatedly and stand for extended periods.
- Must possess a valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
- Willingness to work in various weather conditions.
- Strong work ethic and team-oriented attitude.
