Responsibilities
- Assist in the construction and repair of buildings, roads, and other structures
- Load and unload construction materials and equipment
- Operate hand and power tools safely and effectively
- Follow safety protocols and maintain a clean work site
- Work collaboratively with team members to complete projects on time
- Perform physical tasks such as digging, lifting, and carrying materials
- Read and interpret basic blueprints and instructions
Qualifications
- Previous experience in construction or labor work preferred
- Ability to perform physical tasks for extended periods
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
- Willingness to work in various weather conditions
- Strong work ethic and ability to follow instructions
- Basic knowledge of construction tools and equipment
- Ability to pass a pre-employment drug screen and background check
- Must be at least 18 years of age
