Responsibilities
- Assist skilled trades with site preparation, material handling, and cleanup
- Operate hand/power tools safely (drills, saws, jackhammers)
- Load/unload construction materials and equipment
- Follow OSHA safety protocols at all times
- Maintain clean, organized work areas
- Complete daily task reports for supervisors
- Support concrete, framing, and finishing tasks
Qualifications
- Ability to lift 50+ lbs and perform physical labor
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
- Flexible schedule (weekend/evening availability required)
- Pass pre-employment drug screening
- Basic tool knowledge preferred
- Strong work ethic and team player mentality
- Virginia Beach residency preferred
