Responsibilities
- Perform physical labor tasks including material handling, site preparation, and debris removal
- Operate hand/power tools (hammers, saws, drills) and construction equipment safely
- Assist skilled tradespeople with carpentry, masonry, and concrete work
- Maintain clean, organized job sites following OSHA safety protocols
- Read and interpret basic construction plans and supervisor instructions
- Load/unload construction materials and equipment efficiently
- Participate in scaffold assembly/disassembly and temporary structure setup
Qualifications
- Physical ability to lift 50+ pounds and perform strenuous outdoor work
- Valid driver's license with reliable transportation to job sites
- Willingness to work in various weather conditions and overtime hours
- Basic tool operation knowledge or willingness to learn quickly
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to workplace safety
- Team player with clear communication skills
- Drug-free and able to pass pre-employment background check
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
