Responsibilities
- Assist skilled tradespeople with site preparation, material handling, and equipment operation
- Perform physical tasks including digging, lifting, loading/unloading materials, and debris removal
- Follow strict safety protocols and maintain clean, organized work areas
- Read and interpret basic construction plans and blueprints
- Operate hand/power tools under supervision (training provided)
- Participate in site cleanup and waste management procedures
- Support team members to ensure project milestones are met
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED)
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
- Ability to pass pre-employment physical and drug screening
- Willingness to work in outdoor environments and adverse weather conditions
