Responsibilities
- Assist skilled tradesmen with site preparation, material handling, and cleanup
- Operate basic hand tools and power equipment under supervision
- Load/unload construction materials and maintain organized work areas
- Follow safety protocols and wear required personal protective equipment
- Support various construction tasks including excavation, framing, and finishing
- Participate in daily team briefings and project updates
- Adapt to changing project schedules and site conditions
Qualifications
- No prior construction experience required – we provide on-the-job training
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds and perform physically demanding tasks
- Valid driver's license preferred (not mandatory)
- Reliable transportation to job sites in the Seattle area
- Willingness to work outdoors in various weather conditions
- Strong commitment to workplace safety and teamwork
- Basic understanding of verbal instructions in English
- Positive attitude and eagerness to learn new skills
