Responsibilities
- Execute construction tasks including excavation, concrete pouring, and structural framing
- Operate heavy machinery (excavators, bulldozers) with proper safety protocols
- Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and project specifications
- Maintain clean and organized job sites while adhering to OSHA standards
- Collaborate with supervisors and skilled tradespeople to meet project deadlines
- Perform material handling, equipment maintenance, and quality checks
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years of construction labor experience or trade school certification
- Valid OSHA 30-hour construction safety certification (or willingness to obtain)
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds and work in physically demanding environments
- Class B CDL license preferred or willingness to obtain within 30 days
- Strong understanding of construction materials and building techniques
- Reliable transportation and punctuality for early morning start times
