Responsibilities
- Assist with site preparation, material handling, and equipment operation
- Follow safety protocols and maintain clean work environments
- Perform manual labor including excavation, demolition, and debris removal
- Read blueprints and execute tasks under supervisor guidance
- Operate hand/power tools and machinery with proper training
- Collaborate with skilled tradespeople on construction sites
- Complete daily equipment inspections and maintenance checks
Qualifications
- Must be 18+ years old with valid US work authorization
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds and stand for extended periods
- Willingness to obtain OSHA-10 certification (provided)
- Reliable transportation to job sites within 50-mile radius
- Basic math skills for material measurements and inventory
- Positive attitude and commitment to safety-first practices
- Availability for early morning starts (5:30 AM - 6:00 AM)
- Willingness to work in various weather conditions
